Sausage Dip

1 large loaf French bread
1 lb pork sausage (spicy, optional)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8oz) Cream cheese
1 (8oz.) sour cream
Hollow French bread; discard excess bread. Brown sausage and drain. In bowl mix onions, cheese (1 cup), cream cheese, sour cream and sausage. Fill bread with mixture and top with remaining 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, Serve with Fritos Scoops.
