Blueberry Muffins

2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
¼ t. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
½ c. oil
1 c. blueberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 2 dozen muffin cups with Pam or use paper liners. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl beat eggs and stir in milk, sugar and oil. Combine thoroughly. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. DO NOT OVERMIX. Sprinkle blueberries with a tablespoon of flour and gently mix the berries into the muffin batter until just combined. Put batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
