Pumpkin Bread

3 1/3 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 cups sugar (white)
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2/3 cups water
2 cups canned pumpkin

Steps:

1. Sift all the dry ingredients with sugar into one bowl. Make a hole in the center of dry sifted ingredients.

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth (a few lumps do not matter)

3. Divide mixture into four small (oiled and floured) loaf pans

Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour
