Aunt Kay's Cream Cheese Bars

2 packages crescent rolls
2 8. oz. packages cream cheese
1 egg yolk (save whites)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Grease 9X13 pan. Layer one package crescent rolls in pan to cover bottom. Combine remaining ingredients (except rolls). Spread in pan. Top with 2nd package of rolls. Brush with egg whites mixed with 1 tsp. water. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate. Cut into bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
