Peanut Butter cookie dough
48 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (small)
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place each ball into a cup of a greased mini-muffin pan. Bake at 350 F. for 9-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. AS SOON AS THEY COME OUT OF THE OVEN, press a peanut butter candy piece into each cookie. When chocolate begins to melt, sprinkle with chopped pecans. When completely cool, remove from pans.
