Strawberry Salad

8oz cream cheese
12oz Cool Whip
2pkgs (10oz each) frozen sliced strawberries
1 large can crushed pineapple drained
Soften cream cheese, mix with Cool Whip. Add drained berries and pineapple. Pour into pan and freeze.
FYI You probably can't use reduced fat cream cheese or Cool Whip with this recipe as it probably doesn't mix together as well. Also be sure to get the strawberries and pineapple drained well or the consistency is too thin.
