BarBQ'd Ribs

4 1/2 pound racks of fresh pork loin back ribs
3 cups of water
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Place pork back ribs in Dutch oven; add water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove ribs, drain. Return to Dutch oven. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch; brush on ribs. Brush both sides of ribs every ten minutes until soy sauce mixture is gone, about 30 minutes.

Grill ribs about 6 inches from medium coals, brushing them with barbeque sauce every 3 minutes, until ribs are browned and meat begins to pull away from bone, about 20 minutes. Serve with sauce for dipping. Serves 4.
