Scallops in Garlic

1 pound scallops
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of chopped chives and chopped parsley, each
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or 2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons finely ground dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese
Mix butter and seasonings. Scallops should be bite size if you purchase the large scallops. Use 4 to 6 small baking dishes, arrange on a baking sheet. Place the butter mixture on each baking dish. Add equal portions of the scallops in each baking dish, top with remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with crumbs and Parmesan or Romano shredded cheese. Bake for 350 degrees. Serve hot. Serves 4 to 6.
