Power Balls

Ingredients:
16 oz. almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter
10 oz honey (or even better use agave nectar & can reduce amount to 7 oz)
1-1/2 c rolled oats (not the instant kind)
Extras such as crispy rice, sesame seed, granola, cocoa powder, if desired etc

Directions:
1. Mix almond butter and honey together in a bowl
2. Place oats in a blender and blend until they assume a powder-like texture
3. Add oats to nut butter & honey mixture and mix well. Adjust consistency as desired (Note: If using a natural nut butter the mixture may be soft. If necessary, place in fridge for 15 minutes to allow time to harden.)
4. Roll batter into small balls and roll in your choice of extras, if desired.

Yields approximately 40-50 balls. Will last in the refrigerator for a week or freezer for a few months.
