Sour Cream & Dill Sauce

1 pint sour cream
2 large sprigs of fresh dill, chopped finely
Juice of 2 lemons
1 shallot, minced
Pinch of red pepper flakes
3 T. of horseradish
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Mix first five ingredients together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, cover and chill at least one hour before serving.
