Pecan and Orange Salad

2 heads of bib lettuce or mixed baby greens
1/2 cup Aggie Mom pecans, toasted
1 large orange, peeled and sliced into sections
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon water
Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, onion, mustard and water in a blender until well mixed. Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Place lettuce, pecans and oranges in salad bowl. Drizzle with vinegar dressing. Serves 4.
