Pasta Com Broccoli

½ lb shells
½ stick butter
2 C half and half
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 package frozen broccoli
½ lb mushrooms
1 C grated parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper and garlic powder

  1. Cook shells and drain
  2. Cook broccoli and drain
  3. Saute mushrooms in butter
  4. Mix all ingredients inpan
  5. Simmer over low heat
  6. Add salt, pepper and a lot of garlic power to taste
