Serving Together
Service is a core part of who we are as Women of St. Francis. It’s simple: we care for our parish and local neighbors by showing up wherever help is needed.
We find the most joy in doing this work side by side. Throughout the year, you’ll find us gathering to pack Thanksgiving food boxes, helping out at Frisco Family Services’ Silver Bells event, sharing meals with our OCIA candidates and sponsors, or making handmade Valentines for local veterans.
RESUMING THIS FALL
Feed Our Shepherds Meal Train
About the Program
We will resume the Feed Our Shepherds Meal Train in the fall. Check the bulletin and this website for details.
Our priests work tirelessly every day to feed our parishioners spiritually. Their schedules are busy from morning to night, so they often don't have time to eat balanced, healthy meals.
The Women of St. Francis invite you to participate in the "Feed Our Shepherds Meal Train," where you can sign up to bring your favorite meal to our priests.

OUR OUTREACH & IMPACT
Faithful Service & Giving
We give our time and talents in hands-on service by:
• Overseeing the Feed Our Shepherds Meal Train program that provides weekly meals for our priests
• Hosting and serving meals for OCIA candidates and sponsors
• Volunteering at the annual Frisco Family Services’ Silver Bells Holiday Social
• Holding product drives throughout the year

We self-fund our operating expenses through member dues, Rosary sales, and our annual Fashion Show, Silent Auction, and Luncheon. Besides tithing 10% to our church, here are ways we’ve supported parish and community needs:
Parish Enhancements: Liturgical items for the Ad Orientem Mass, Virgin Mary and St. Joseph statues, two stained glass windows, and the church parking lot electronic sign.
Youth & Education: Scholarships for high school seniors and donations to St. Francis Youth Ministry.
Community Outreach: Donations to St. Vincent de Paul, Catholic Charities Dallas, Bella House, Refresh NTX, and Frisco Family Services.
Leadership: Funding for members to attend retreats and the annual NCCW convention.
